No sooner did we think we might get out of the partisanship of the last four years, appoint politicians who were not doctrinaire or bigoted and had some education, pass a few reasonable laws protecting people's health and the environment, have a Supreme Court whose views reflected the population, than we are straight back into the cultural wars of the last forty years with the appointment of a nice Catholic lass who is a product of the religious wars of the eighties and nineties. It's amazing that some Americans are so reluctant, so resistant to dragging themselves into the 21st C. They honestly believe white people must be in control. A multicultural society? Heavens no. We need a society run by well meaning rich white people. This is how it has always been. It's called Congress. Let's all be prepared to die for the America we love. Change? Oh no. Please understand that white, geriatric Americans want the best for America. More importantly they are rich. President Trump has made them richer. You may be poorer, sicker but remember he is on our side not yours. Repeat. God Bless America.. louder. . Land of the Rich and the Poor.... oh and now the Sick....it's just a pandemic.
