Shame on you. I have been reading The Arizona Republic since it was first published and held it up as an example of fine reporting. But your coverage of the Governor and The President leaves me to question whether it has been a worthwhile investment of my time and money. The Governor is doing his best. This is a Chinese virus so it's very tricky. Why should he be held responsible for the rising numbers of infections and deaths? He is not a scientist. He is following the example of our President who embraces the flag and is focusing on the real issues, getting children back to school. Enough of this negative coverage. Arizona is doing just fine. The President said this virus would go away. We need to stop all this negative talk and have pride in who we are as Americans. Remember we lost 12,500 men just invading Okinawa. We need to learn to take our losses and go on to victory. Dropping a few nuclear bombs on China should do the trick, like we did at Hiroshima and Nagasaki in World War 2.
