AND THE BAND PLAYS ON... (10/19)

One of the pluses of our democratic system of government is that there is never a dull moment. Get through one crisis and there's half a dozen new ones round the corner. We are constantly battered by the winds of political change. No sooner has the ex-president been confined to his gilded prison in Florida than he's plotting to escape as he tries to gather the faithful either by threatening them or bribing them. Hey... what's changed? Will he run again in '24? Maybe. Will the new boundaries alter the political balance in Arizona? Probably. Will our nutcase politicians like Gosar and Biggs and the strange Flagstaff woman hiding in the woods up there, continue their craziness. Why not? One of our senators has morphed into a political hybrid so we're not sure who or what she stands for. Luckily we have our spaceman who always looks so calm he makes you feel as if nothing could ever possibly go wrong. Our Governor, unable to make up his mind which great issue is going to launch his Presidential campaign seems confused and the AG with or without beard wants to execute somebody but can't find the drugs. Perhaps an eye patch might help his gubernatorial campaign. The music never stops!
