IS HATE A "WHITE DISEASE"? (4/15)

Sometimes I wonder where the minds on the Editorial board of The Arizona Republic are when they choose an editorial, written by one of their colleagues, "HATE" is "NOT A WHITE DISEASE." Let's take that idea a bit further and look at the statistics. The invasion and the deaths at the Capitol on Jan 6th was multiracial? I don't think so. The 614 mass shootings in the US in 2020 resulting in 446 deaths and 2,515 injuries, and a total of 3,061 victims were NOT perpetrated primarily by white men with guns? What planet do we all live on? We didn't have a President who told his supporters to attack journalists? He didn't say colored people coming across the border were murderers and rapists or the Chinese were responsible for the deaths in COVID-19? I know. This is America. Black people caused slavery because they refused to stay at home instead of coming across the Atlantic in chains because they really wanted to spend their lives picking cotton, inventing jazz and fighting for 200 years for dignity and freedom and becoming American citizens. Maybe I just had the wrong facts. Give me ignorance or give me death. The new American creed.
