PASS THE VOTING LAW (1/8)

Lowry's tone of moral outrage about Majority Leader Chuck Schumer's "cynical" use of power trying to get a Voting Act through the Senate made me laugh. Why on earth should Schumer want to do that when according to Lowry everything is hunky-dory in the voting system? Surely Republican states are merely passing all these new laws to enable more people to vote safely? Ha! Ha! Cynicism? Please! Tell that to the working people, to poor people, to the old, to those who stand in long lines to cast their ballot. Isn't the best way to prevent potential fraud in the postal voting system (there were at least eight instances in the last election most of them by Republicans) is NOT to have postal voitng at all. Republicans of course just want the right people to vote. Republicans! If Lowry's moral compass wants to go to work on cynicism he should turn his attentions to ex-Leader of the Senate, the wily old Mitch McConnell, whose antics in the Senate made Machiavelli look like Mother Theresa. Exploiting the "bloody shirt" of Jan 6th to safeguard voting rights? How dare Schumer do that? Next thing, he'll be trying pack the Supreme Court with leftist judges. Please.
