I can't think what on earth has gone wrong with the Republican party in the US when it refuses to allow a man like Matt Gaetz to take charge of the Justice Department. He was specially selected by the President-elect. Matt fits the bill for the sort of man we need in government. Strong, virile, tough minded, ambitious and unscrupulous. Someone who can root out all these soft, left wing, Marxists who have infiltrated the government. So what's a few sexual peccadilloes? Matt is an American man ready and willing to serve his President. The list of ethics charges against him could be read like a list of attributes which actually suit him for the job. "Hire a thief to catch a thief." How many Americans have broken the law exceeding the speed limit, or unleashing their dog in the park? Does this really matter? Mike Johnson did exactly the right thing in trying to have the report on Gaetz kept private. This is a private matter not one for public gossip and tittle tattle. Gaetz is a loyal ally of President-Elect Trump, a kindred spirit who would serve his interests helping make America great again.
